Neil Leavitt

Attorney Neil Leavitt has been practicing law in the state of Florida for nearly 30 years in both State and Federal Courts. Neil is a member of The New York State Bar (1978), Florida Bar (1979) and Washington State Bar (1991). In addition to his Law Degree, Neil also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, and a Master of Arts Degree in American History.

Neil opened our law firm, centrally located here in Hollywood, Florida, in 1980. However, Neil provides legal counsel to family law clients all throughout the Southern Florida area. He is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association in which he is also a referral attorney. Since opening his law firm Neil has represented thousands of clients and tried cases in all three states, successfully litigating million dollar-plus cases.
